Owl Class
Welcome to Owl Class – your teachers are Mrs Russell (Mon/Tues) and Mrs Wilson (Wed/Thur/Fri). We’re also delighted that Mrs Schofield joins us Monday to Thursday too. We are a friendly and hard-working class who are looking forward to all the exciting new topics in our subjects. We know that Owls Class will be curious, creative and resourceful learners and that we will have a fantastic term together!
Our topic for the Autumn term is ‘Victorian Visions’ where we will be learning about how people lived in the Victorian era. We will be looking at schools, art work and music from the period as well as bringing our learning to life with a trip to Gressenhall Workhouse.
P.E., for this term, is on a Thursday so please come wearing your kit on that day.
What are we learning about this term?
Our topic for Spring Term is ‘Guardians of the Planet’ and we will be learning all about the impact of Climate Change, famous people involved in the fight against this and what we can do to help our world.
PE for this term is on a Wednesday so please come wearing your kit then. Other new activities for the term include recorders and a Year 4 residential!
